Parents force underage girls to marry for financial gain. Once they force you to marry, you are trapped, divorce is not an option. If you are being abused they will not help you escape, you must flee your family and husband alone. If you manage to escape, they will try to hunt you down like an animal. If they find you they will try to force you into prostitution and use you as a business. After they start to prostitute you, the government will start you use you like a business. The politicians need to help them. It is the governments responsibility to make sure that women are able to work in jobs that they choose. Not prostitution or other exploited jobs. They start to destroy your life, the parents and the politicians and the government.

The thing that challenges us the most, is seeing someone who has a problem, and you think you’re okay because it isn’t your problem. At one point he said, ‘I cannot go on.’ ‘ I am happy to listen or to stop.’ He wiped the tears from his eyes. ‘You know this is hard.’ He then went back to the story. They should protect but they do the opposite. They asked her about all the men who had used her. I was so hurt by what they did and so scared and so grateful that she did not give my name. She knew I was there but never talked about me. After that they caught four men she was with and extorted them saying that if they did not pay bribes they would be put in prison. Nora was left in prison overnight and the next morning they put her on a truck because there were no busses and said, ‘Do not come back again.’ She was thrown on the truck with only the clothes on her body but with no material possessions or any money. I never saw her again. Nora disappeared from my life and I don’t know what happened to her. From that time I have not been happy with my country. Ugandans have no mercy. Without democracy a country has nothing. Sirage talked about how many of the prostitutes he knew were in their work because they had no other way of earning a living. Often they were without education and had the responsibility of looking after others. He said they deserve respect. ‘They had never had the support of a man. The prostitutes help people who are in need of them and it is not good to abuse them.’ He is very angry about how powerful people abused these women. Sirage was very adamant that having power is no excuse for bad behaviour. When you are in power you need to think ‘What would I do if this were my mother or sister?’ I had no power to speak to those people. I am lucky because if I had had power I would have taken these people to court. Many men do not respect prostitutes.’ After knowing Nora I needed sex but it was very hard for me to get a woman because they said I was too young. This was bad because now I needed sex like food. I always needed another woman. My first girlfriend, Nora, was at school but she was not a smart student so the school wanted to keep her back in year seven. She did not want to do this and decided to get married instead and looked for a man. Her parents did not want this and forced her back to school by beating her. She ran away and became a prostitute. My second girlfriend, Ida, also decided not to keep on with school but her parents forced her back. She got a boyfriend and became pregnant. Her family beat her and she ran away to her aunt who treated her the same. She ran away and became a prostitute. Ida had a hard life because men would take her into a bar and give her a meal and then they would force themselves on her because they believed they had paid for her services. This was rape. Those two women were very important to me. Parents, we have to be together to fight about the rights of our daughters. No parent wants their daughter to grow up and work as a prostitute. At the same time, no parents want their children to get raped. I’m happy to see that a lot of politicians are parents. In my country some of them have 1 or more daughters. With this in mind, they have to support me. It is a shame to see that politician with sisters, and daughters are against me and what I’m doing. They are against me, and they don’t want their children or sisters to get rights.
The people doing this job are suffering, and are not doing it because they are happy. We have to feel their pain. In my experience i have never seen a woman with a Masters degree in Prostitution. I also have never seen a TAFE that trained women to be prostitutes. I have never seen anyone called to be a prostitute for work experience.
I feel pain because of a lot of of parents with children, who don’t want to side with me and go against this. Some think that the people doing this don’t have masters degree or any education.Some think that the people doing this job come from poor families. In my mind they are only thinking about themselves, and are not thinking of what could happen in the future, if their daughters become prostitutes. If you travel across the world, you will find that some who do this job have masters degree, and some come from a rich family or a politician family. You’ll find that some of the people are rich, but were poor before they were prostitutes.
My example of this is of all of the rich families in my country who used to be refugees. A lot of royalty families were once refugees. Go ask King Mutebe, and what job he or his family did when he was a refugee. This will give you experience that anything and anyone can do this job. If the King had had a good job and life when he was a refugee, he would have never thought of going back and becoming king. A bad life had bought him to forget what his fathers story, when his father was killed while he had been on the throne.
Make an inquiry on all refugees, and look for what job they had been doing. Ask them where they had come from, and you’ll find that some of them came from rich and powerful families. You will start to understand that rights for everyone is important. We aren’t allowed to abuse these women who do this job, to want income from them. They have to be free and take care of themselves. The politicians are not allowed to tax them or make them pay for license. When I was a teenager I saw that the government in my country when people asked about their rights they punished them and tortured them and put them in prison. They never solved the problem and the refugees run away, and they started to look for revenge. They revenge on their families and their own people. A father don´t want their to kids to mistakes. But politicians repeat the mistakes, forgetting people rights and affecting their families. Idamin, their family and supporters are now refugees. Some are homeless and without a job, some opt for prostitution, and some just find underpaid jobs. Sadam, is your family, and your supporters? Do you think they had a good life? Thiking about Gadafi, did their supporters and family have good life? They are in prison and without option to go outside. And won´t be easy for them to be free. Even if it is your children they have their choices and you have your choices. If you you ouch you choices you are violenting him. We have to keep others rights. The government constantly abusing the people not giving them enough rights has caused some of the public to turn into criminals themselves for example if a mother was to cook a meal for her children and then deny the food to them it would mean they'd have to defend for

The government denies basic necessities which make some of the public turn to Crimimal activity for simple things. It causes stress and doing things which aren't good. The police always say they are looking for criminals, One day I asked them which kind of criminal are you looking for? They said they were looking for all the criminals, I told them I'm looking for criminals as well, and when I catch them I will call them, when I caught the criminals, I called them and I showed them the criminal, they were suprised I caught a criminal, they told me to be quiet about this criminal, they told me to stop it, when you do not stop it you go back to where you came from. When i was talking with the authority, he came to me and told me why do you want to suffer because of women. I realized he doesn't know that it affects him as well. He does not understand that over controlling them causes trouble which affects him. Putting the rules of her not having any relationship with people around you also causes problems. I found that he doesn't understand that the authorized gets charged for developing relationships with workers. That is the life that he is challenged.no one has a right over their life. Only one person I found that understands the rights. He was a dictator however never involved in human rights. The job shouldn't eliminate a person's life and during work time a person should respect what she does.. and when you finish work the job should respect your life. I asked parents: when you have children there is always some fighting and violence. Are they making you happy? For me as a parent when there is violence they do not make me happy, since they are affecting my peace. I remember I was staying with my brother in our house, and had to grow up on my own. When they were drinking my brother and others were fighting. When they were quarreling they used bad language and violence to communicate with each other. When they got home after the night they would fight with each other. I decided to tell others not to get in between them because they werent affecting us but only themselves. My thinking was stupid, because I thought it wasnt affecting me, but it was. I wasnt able to sleep. They kept fighting with pushing, strangling, and using strong force. Overall this was affecting me and it was taking a toll on my lifestyle, my job, and somewhat my health. They would get hurt on their faces with bruises cuts and all on there body so they asked me to go out and buy them food and supplies and then make me cook for them. My uncle gave all of us the house to stay for free, we didnt have to pay rent. I started planning to give them the house and go somewhere else, to start alone. Ive travelled alot of countries, some communities have violence, this violence affects everybody and also the government. Seeing some people protesting with violence and it was bad. If violence wasnt there then they would be happy and all would be good. So in overall, im thinking about moving house because they are affecting me with all of their violence. But now I have to pay rent and thats affecting me.

are dardened and boys their witnessing of family violence results in their hate for each other so as a result of this experiences the children grow up to not want to be in relationships as they have witnessed negative experiences they want a good life and enjoy it but the violence is causing them distress and causes social problems and it causes Women to dress less appropriately and seek attention. Also, boys are scared to talk to them as well as bullying them and not treating them correctly.

So this is the damage of violence in society. peope dont have independence to control their future.
I believe people get empowered when they understand the causes of violence in their communities. People will become independent when they have rights and stop violence.

The government give the big companies power to abuse people from law. E.g. when I was talking to Telstra, I was complaining about a bill which cost $328. I recieved another which cost $556.64. When I first spoke to them, they told me to only pay $88. They was no invoice. Again they told me me to pay $166.64 at the post office with no invoice. I called them to tell them it was a mistake and they sent another invoice to pay $139.20. They have to change this invoice. They have to send another invoice when the price is revised. This is the power the government gives them to abuse people. When they did mistake to you they have to charge a fine and this is wrong. When they make mistake they dont make you pay fine. E.g. first time they take my money they take my data off and I go and top up $60. After 3 hours they take my data off. They give me 10gb and after the second recharge they take away all the data and when I spoke with them they gave 8gb and they come back and they take again. I recharge again and they take again. They not give me any fine they did to me. Another day they change from prepaid to postpaid plan. When I speak to them they take too long to solve the problem. Community life is data. You see they cause community problems and they hang themselves. Life is data and to have communication you must have data and if no data no communication you hang yourself. Human rights and international justice they looking war crime but not law crimes. And law crimes cause lot of problems. They kill lot of people in police zones. These law crimes cause lot of problems. Example; they need rights they don't have guns. They bring war crimes. International human rights . Lot of women and children die because of law crimes. Women go missing because of law crimes . Telstra when I talk to them I ask for 25gb and they told shut your phone and we change your plan. I shut my phone and they change my plan. I was thinking this change will help me but it didn't. They reduced my data from 25 GB to 18gb and this plan I pay $28 and now they want me pay to $138. You see they put my money up. This is the power the government give them to abuse community. This is the responsibility of government human rights and international justice. This is the same as war crime. All the money I pay I dont have invoice they can send me another any time to pay invoice. This is economic and inco
